1. Service Description

Media IPTV provides access to 26,000+ live channels and 120,000+ VOD titles via IPTV media player applications (VLC, Tivimate, IPTV Smarters, Smart TV native apps) using M3U playlist URLs, Xtream Codes API, or our native IPTV applications. The service is delivered over tier-1 CDN infrastructure for 4K UHD streaming.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or rebroadcast our streams without a written reseller agreement.
• You may not share your activation credentials publicly. One subscription equals one household connection (or the number of connections in your plan).
• You may not reverse-engineer our CDN endpoints, decoders, or anti-piracy systems.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase under our money-back guarantee.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for upstream ISP issues, geo-political streaming restrictions, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All channel streams and VOD content are licensed to Media IPTV by their respective rights holders for redistribution. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content. Recording, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the streams is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in credential sharing. Refunds for terminated accounts are at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all advertised channels will be available in every region.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media IPTV's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Albuquerque, NM.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
