This Privacy Policy describes how Media IPTV ('we', 'our', 'us') collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and IPTV media player services.

1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data needed to operate our IPTV service: account email, encrypted activation credentials, payment metadata (handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see your card number), IP address for anti-fraud and licence compliance, and the channels / VOD titles you view in order to power personalised recommendations and the IPTV media player experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our IPTV subscription service.
- To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- To deliver customer support via WhatsApp and email.
- To send you important service updates (security incidents, plan changes, IPTV media player updates).
- To comply with legal obligations under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable local law.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies for session management and your language preference (English, Português, Español, Français). We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share data with vetted sub-processors required to operate the service: payment processor, encrypted CDN delivery, customer support platform. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days for refund processing. Anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us at privacy@media-iptv.net to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems requires hardware MFA and is logged and audited.
8. International Transfers
We use tier-1 CDN providers with data centres in the US, EU, and APAC. International data transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents can request deletion at any time.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
