DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Media IPTV respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice if you believe your copyrighted work appears in our IPTV media player streams or VOD library.

1. Designated Agent
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), Media IPTV has appointed a Designated Agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement. All DMCA notices must be sent to:
DMCA Agent — Media IPTV
Email: dmca@media-iptv.net
Mailing: 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA
WhatsApp: +1 929 560 0581
2. Your DMCA Notice Must Include
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (channel name, VOD title, URL, timestamp, M3U line, or EPG entry).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.
3. How We Process Notices
We acknowledge receipt of complete notices within 24 hours. Valid notices are actioned within 5 business days: the infringing channel or VOD title is removed from the IPTV media player lineup, the upstream source is audited, and the rights holder is notified of the action taken.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Channels, VOD series, or upstream providers that accumulate three or more valid DMCA notices are permanently removed from the platform. Reseller accounts associated with repeat-infringer providers are terminated.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your address location, and your contact information.
We forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.
6. Misrepresentation & Penalties
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Submit only notices and counter-notices in good faith.
7. Channel & VOD Audit Trail
Every channel and VOD title in the IPTV media player carries a unique source identifier. Our compliance team can trace any stream to its upstream provider within minutes, which is why we can resolve infringement claims quickly and accurately.
8. International Equivalents
Rights holders outside the US may submit notices under their local equivalents (EU CDSM Directive Article 17, UK Online Safety Act, Brazil Marco Civil, India IT Act §79). The same evidentiary requirements apply.
